Welcome to Hillside Retreat, a spacious Lake Travis getaway designed for families and groups who want room to gather, play and enjoy the Texas Hill Country.

With 3,200 sq ft across two levels, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and generous indoor and outdoor living areas, your group can spend time together without feeling crowded.

Comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with an air mattress to accommodate up to 10!

UPPER LEVEL

The main living area is bright and spacious, with Lake Travis and Hill Country views, comfortable seating and a 55" TV.

Gather around the dining table with seating for up to 10, play one of the home's stocked board games, or pull up a seat at the kitchen bar.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, with cookware, baking essentials, seasonings and a combination drip/K-Cup coffee maker.

Just outside is one of our favorite gathering spaces: the covered outdoor cooking area featuring a Weber gas grill, Blackstone griddle, pellet grill, air fryer, comfortable seating and an outdoor TV.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

• Primary Bedroom: King bed with dual adjustable mattresses, TV + ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV + access to Jack-and-Jill bathroom
• Bedroom 3: King bed, TV + ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 4: Full bed with nearby full bathroom

LOWER LEVEL

Head downstairs for game night in the rec room, featuring a classic pool table with complimentary play.

You'll also find a full laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink.

The oversized garage adds another casual hangout area with a 65" TV, bar-height seating, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer and electric grill/griddle.

The home's oversized driveway provides generous off-street parking and can accommodate most boats, an especially valuable convenience for Lake Travis trips.
